Would definitely recommend West Prideaux, the house is beautiful, huge & very well equipped. We had 2 families sharing it (4 adults & 5 kids) & had ample room. The kids loved the garden & the little woods next to the house! Location was great for Dartmouth & all the beaches (just a shame most were pebble beaches!).

The south Devon area and near by attractions for families were great. We easily filled a week of enjoyable days out. The local beaches had great facilities and good parking.

We booked this house for the family as a surprise for my mum's 70th Birthday. It was a lovely house and very clean and spacious - everything you needed was there, even tea, coffee, sugar and milk! Just a short drive to Dartmouth, and it would be lovely in the summer for some walks, as Blackpool sands is only 1 mile away. Thanks for a lovely weekend, my mum was thrilled with her surprise!

5 minutes from beach, lovely views, quiet location, easy to reach places. Dartmouth is a lovely harbour town.
